Security Monitoring in Edmonton & Alberta

A monitoring station watches your alarms and cameras around the clock. When something happens, we verify it and send the right response.

An alarm only helps if someone acts on it. We connect your intrusion, video and access systems to a monitoring station staffed around the clock. Operators watch for signals, confirm real events with video where cameras are present, and dispatch guards or police so problems get answered fast.

What we provide

Monitoring that answers every signal, day or night

24/7 monitoring station

A staffed station watches your alarm and camera signals every hour of every day, all year round.

Video verification

Where cameras cover the alarm point, operators look at live footage to confirm a real event before anyone is dispatched.

Intrusion alarm response

When a break-in signal comes in, we act on your instructions and dispatch guards or police to your site.

Access event alerts

Forced doors, held-open doors and after-hours entries flag at the station so unauthorized access does not go unnoticed.

Right response dispatched

We follow a call list you set, contacting your people, keyholders or emergency services in the order that fits your site.

Supervised signal path

The link between your panel and the station is checked, so a cut line or lost signal raises an alert.

Questions

Security monitoring, answered

What happens when my alarm goes off?

The signal reaches the monitoring station right away. Operators check any available video, confirm whether it is a real event, then follow your call list to contact your people, keyholders or emergency services.

Do you monitor cameras as well as alarms?

Yes. We monitor intrusion alarms, access control events and video signals. Where cameras cover an alarm point, operators use that footage to verify the event before deciding on a response.

Can you monitor a system another company installed?

In most cases, yes. If your panel and cameras are compatible with the monitoring station, we can connect them. We will check your existing equipment during the site review and tell you what is possible.

What if the phone or internet line is cut?

The connection between your panel and the station is supervised. If the line drops or is cut, that loss of signal raises an alert at the station so it does not go unnoticed.
